I don't know if the chicken is cooked or burned. I saw some burned chicken on the pollen bowl and brought me to vomit after I finished eating. I'm not gonna come back here anyway. Also the drive thru was very long, waited almost 30 minutes to get my food. worse service ever. short staff and no response when you reach out to them. people can only blame covid so much. they take your orders online but yet upon trying to pick up your food the doors are locked and they only have the drive thru open with 20 plus cars waiting in line. the purpose of an online order is to have the food ready. i am still waiting for my refund for the food i never received. they lost me as a customer as well. horrible service. will be contacting the better business bureau. stay away from this place.
Bad costume service, Dine in the room was nearby and there was a sign many people waiting on line the staff ignored us and I asked from drive-tru windows to Carlos and he gave me attitude and close the window in my face I asked to talk to the manager Carmen again and she told me she was busy to help a costumer at this moment? re waited for 30 minutes and they have helped no one is a bad costume service that I have received in my life. This place was really dirty. The floors and counters needed good cleaning. Customer service is also bad. What was really rough and disappointing was the restroom. It was dirty and it had no hand soap and paper towels. How do employees who cook the food wash their hands? Never back. Nothing against Pollo Loco...
