Some of the employees employed here are very often not. They act as if they are constantly being incorporated and show with their quality of work. They look like they can't hear you when you order and then at the next moment their haste will lift you or their voice. The manager is worthless, she allows to respect the employees. She seems to care more about wearing tight jeans and changing from her male employees. You need to fire most people there and introduce a new batch of enthusiastic employees
They were always very good in serving orders, delicious and juicy and today they were the worst of the worst!! I order online, what is the problem that I have very dry pieces, others very burnt?? It seems they gave me what the customers left on their plates.?
Around 4:00 a.m., I woke up feeling nauseous and tried to throw up, but nothing would come up. My stomach continued to hurt, and using the bathroom provided some relief. I sipped on some ice water and laid down, eventually managing to fall back asleep.
A rating restaurant. Many parking spaces. I order two chickens tostada salad and it was pretty good. Nothing to complain. No burning chicken and they actually fill it the tostada. It's just a drive-thru. There are also curbside pickups.
Worst experience ever in a pollen loco, makes it look good on seawood/rosecrans... Staff did not know what he did and even gave me an attitude.. I get this chain at least 3 times a month, but certainly not back to this place?
Chicken still has the same big taste, but they are small pieces. Used to get the BRC Burrito that was always our favorite, but something is also smaller. fries, salsa, etc. is good. Miss, as it was prepared in the 1990s.
I just wanted to order my chicken tostada and Maria was there. She was very polite and even went so far that her customers are satisfied during the visit.
