Brandy...Brandy... sweeter than candy the Manager runs a tidy ship. the best location in the chain ! Fresh and juicy...full size chicken portions...no skimp here. The new $5.00 meals are terrific...well-balanced and filling. Lively staff keeps everything spotless...and happy. Always full but they keep it flowing. Good place to meet others...easy to locate...free parking. They just finished a drive to feed the hungry... raised a lot of money from this location... good-on-you! Overall, I believe Polo Loco has nailed fast-food! For Health=5? 's...Price=5? 's... Service=5? 's...Location=5? 's...Taste of Food=5? 's! Been coming here for years...on my top 10 Fast-food List!
I normally don’t write negative reviews, but this El Pollo Loco is the worst location we’ve ever visited. Each time we go, we hope it will be better, but we continue to be disappointed. It’s 8:45 PM and they close at 10 PM, yet they’ve run out of chicken. They consistently claim they’re out of chicken 35 to 60 minutes before closing to avoid serving customers. They also frequently get our orders wrong, and they never have chicken available late at night.
We ordered the eight-piece chicken dinner and were quite disappointed. The chicken pieces were overcooked, and a couple of them were burned. The beans were swimming in an excessive amount of liquid, which I couldn't identify. The gravy was mostly fat. To top it off, the small containers that were supposed to have avocado actually contained green salsa. Overall, it was a letdown.
I arrived just as the restaurant was closing and was feeling quite hungry. Instead of turning me away, they kindly opened the door and allowed me to place a takeout order. I truly appreciate their kindness, especially since everything else was closed. I would have gone to bed hungry if it weren't for their compassion. Great job, team! Thank you once again! I visited the drive-thru around 9:00 PM, and the staff member seemed quite unhappy, displaying poor customer service skills. It felt like they were just going through the motions, which made me think we should have gone somewhere else. I didn't see any food being prepared on the grill, and while I usually enjoy the food, I wasn't impressed this time.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The chicken was overcooked and dry, and the cashier even asked if I wanted it cooked well. The service was subpar, and I found the lack of clean plates quite frustrating. Overall, the place felt neglected, with dirty tables and countertops. I definitely cannot recommend it.
The drive-thru staff seemed distracted during my order, so I had to repeat myself several times. When I requested guacamole sauce upon receiving my order, they claimed they had included it, but they hadn’t. Also, the BRC burrito was disappointing; it looked more like a ball than an actual burrito.
I was trying 2 figure out what I was going 2 eat 4 dinner saw El Pollo Loco decided 2 stop!!! The food was nice hot they had a New side cilantro cauliflower rice, so I ordered it beans buttery corn it was delicious!!! I had 2 wash My hands the restroom was spotless !! I was surprised happy!!!
