Brandy...Brandy... sweeter than candy the Manager runs a tidy ship. the best location in the chain ! Fresh and juicy...full size chicken portions...no skimp here. The new $5.00 meals are terrific...well-balanced and filling. Lively staff keeps everything spotless...and happy. Always full but they keep it flowing. Good place to meet others...easy to locate...free parking. They just finished a drive to feed the hungry... raised a lot of money from this location... good-on-you! Overall, I believe Polo Loco has nailed fast-food! For Health=5? 's...Price=5? 's... Service=5? 's...Location=5? 's...Taste of Food=5? 's! Been coming here for years...on my top 10 Fast-food List!
I usually avoid posting negative reviews, but my experience at El-Popo-Loco has been incredibly disappointing. Each time we visit, we hope it will improve, yet we always leave unsatisfied. Tonight, we arrived at 8:45, just before their 10:00 closing time, only to find that they had run out of chicken. It seems they frequently claim they’re out of chicken 35-60 minutes before closing so they don’t have to serve customers. Additionally, they consistently mix up our orders, and it’s common for them to be out of chicken during late night hours.
I ordered a 12-piece meal at the drive-thru. The cashier, Carissa, seemed distracted and was busy chatting with another employee, so I had to repeat my order three times. After waiting 30 minutes for my food, I asked for some utensils, but Carissa told me I would have to wait because they were really busy. When I finally got home, the chicken was overcooked and tough, and the mashed potatoes were like dough. Overall, the service and food were both very disappointing.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The chicken was overcooked and dry, and the cashier even questioned whether I wanted it cooked well. The service was poor, and the lack of clean plates was frustrating. Overall, the place was unkempt, with dirty tables and countertops. I would not recommend it at all.
I was trying 2 figure out what I was going 2 eat 4 dinner saw El Pollo Loco decided 2 stop!!! The food was nice hot they had a New side cilantro cauliflower rice, so I ordered it beans buttery corn it was delicious!!! I had 2 wash My hands the restroom was spotless !! I was surprised happy!!!
Food was hot, fresh, and flavorful. Employees extremely polite, even to people who can be difficult. My job has me eating at a lot of fast food places, and this was a meal I could feel good about for a change. Thank so much. PS. How can I get your recipe? :
It was like 9:00, the person in the car thru was not a happy camper, bad customer service skills... They cleaned themselves so that we should have gone elsewhere, did not see any food on the grill, the food was already good, but this time not impressed....
