My family and I ordered to go, and they forgot a part of our order. My sister drove back, and once she came back to eat, she found a hair in her burrito. I had to go back again, and informed them but they didn?t seem to care. They didn?t even look in the burrito when I was showing them. You might as well just go to Popeyes next door! Haha. The drive-thru line was incredibly long and slow. I can't believe I waited so long—I haven't eaten here in ages and was craving it out of the blue. Unfortunately, it didn't satisfy my hunger. The service was slow and they were stingy with the portions; I barely got a tablespoon of rice and beans and just a few sprinkles of cheese. I removed the huge blob of sour cream because it had no flavor. And it cost me $10! I can't believe it. Shake my head.
Ugh. I went through the drive thru and ordered a Fit Bowl, specifically the Double Chicken Avocado Protein Bowl As you can see, I didn 't get any Avocado. The whole salad is a pathetic mess. I read something about cauliflower rice? Nope. This is disgusting. Definitely not worth the price. Don 't waste your time. The cashier, Carmen, was AMAZING! She welcomed me with a beautiful smile, listened attentively, and went above and beyond to assist me with my order. Carmen was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and quick. She definitely deserves to be recognized for her exceptional service!
I really enjoy Pollo Loco, but when the staff doesn’t seem to enjoy their jobs, it shows. I received broken tostadas, no dressing, no utensils, and no chips for my pozole! My meals weren’t cheap, so it’s disappointing. One of those tostadas was actually for my boss too!
This is our local Pollen Loco, and out of the hundred times I've visited, I've only had the wrong order twice, but they fixed it right away. The morning managers from Monday to Friday are really friendly! The food is delicious.
This place is great but unfortunately they made the permanent decision to remain drive thru only after covid became a thing. So the lines are long and makes it difficult when you go to get food during rush hours. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
You may like the food here but good luck waiting in that line. They are always closing the lobby and forcing their customers to get food through the drive through.
