Our experience with this Mexican restaurant was disappointing. Food: The portion size seems inadequate for the price, and the food quality was mediocre. It didn’t meet our expectations for authentic Mexican cuisine, which might have added to the frustration. Service: The service appeared lacking, with staff showing little interest in non-Spanish-speaking customers, despite being able to communicate in English. This kind of selective hospitality can make diners feel unwelcome, further diminishing the overall experience. This restaurant is getting worse every day. The food is good, but the waitresses and service are terrible. They made a mistake with my order. I was within my rights to ask for a refund for something I didn't ask for and they charged me. They told me they didn't give refunds. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me that the restaurant does not have a manager. I don't know how this is possible. Meal type: Dinner
I used to really enjoy this Honduran restaurant and made it a regular stop, but my feelings have changed. I visited two days ago and, while we were seated quickly, we never received a menu. After waiting for about 15 minutes without anyone coming to take our order, we decided to leave. Not a single person checked in on us as we walked out. I won't be going back.
The most incredible food and service! The chips were delicious, the meats were perfectly seasoned and grilled. I can't wait to go back! The staff were welcoming, and the food was simple. I wouldn't suggest ordering the calamari. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 3 out of 5.
