El Sanguchetto Bakery

First of all, this isn’t a fancy restaurant. I come here for lunch when I have a craving for authentic Argentinian food and want to pick up some Argentinian products to take home, like yerba, alfajores, and tapas para tarta. The prices are reasonable, the food is good, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. The 1000 hojas cake is fantastic; they offer both a large and a small size, perfect for enjoying with mate, but it’s so delicious it can be addictive! That said, it’s probably not the ideal spot for a romantic dinner with your girlfriend.

This place is starting many changes, if you want to try a great Argentinean food, this is the place to come for a great breakfast or lunch. I would recommend the Milanesa a caballo for lunch, but there's many options to enjoy. The milhojas cake for desert is completely awesome too. As well for breakfast don't forget to try facturas o bozcochos. You must try El Sanguchetto ;
