While you wait for your food, they serve complimentary chips along with a variety of salsas. It has the vibe of a family-owned establishment and feels like a cozy, no-frills spot. You can tell they have regular customers. Plus, they have a small parking lot, which is a nice bonus.
My mom was waiting for more than 30 min and all she got were drinks she didn’t drink the beverages bc she was waiting for waitress to write down her food but never came back and the whole time she watched men come in AFTER her write down their food orders got their drinks and all of them got their food on time meanwhile she was waiting for her

A little place making delicious, authentic food. I got the vegetarian burrito and was completely satisfied. They have chile rellenos, too. The wait staff was sweet. I'll definitely be returning!
It's a cozy little spot, but the Mexican food is genuinely authentic if you find yourself in Cicero. Just keep in mind that there's a 3.9% fee for any transactions that aren't cash.
