I had a troubling experience in front of the Mclean Eltio restaurant. One of their customers slashed my tire, and when I asked the store manager for access to the camera footage to identify the person, he refused to help. His excuse was that he needed to open the restaurant first and then had a meeting, after which he would check the cameras and get back to me. I recommend thinking twice before going there—if something happens, they don’t seem to care. I've spent hundreds of dollars at that place, and I’m disappointed with how I was treated.
It was a takeout order. I’ve asked for extra spicy, food wasn’t bland, but definitely not even close to spicy. The microscopic amount of hot sauce didn’t help. The portion size is fare, it’s enough for a single person, but definitely much smaller compared to what you will get in the restaurant. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
I ate for the first time at the restaurant in Falls Church and I loved it, but yesterday I went to McLean and the quality of the Steak is much lower, it tastes is like a plastic ??? definitely need to check the validity and quality of the steak and the way of cooking preparation.
Delicious! This restaurant in downtown McLean has excellent chips (the thin crispy kind) and salsa. I also had the California Salad with shrimp. The salad was fresh with beautifully sliced avocado and perfectly seasoned and cooked shrimp. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
