The restaurant staff were welcoming, polite, and quick. I decided to have the tuna curry sandwich on multi-grain bread with celery root soup for lunch. It was all fantastic. The bread was so delicious that I ended up purchasing a full loaf and made a cheese sandwich for dinner at home which was also very tasty. The croissant that I had for breakfast the next day was wonderfully flaky, buttery, and soft. I highly recommend this place!
Visited today (not my first time, nor my last and was chatting with my friend about how we've been so many times and never had a bad meal!! The food is always fantastic (Thanks to Andrew! and the sweets are always an added bonus as my sweet tooth is out of control. I always end up taking home some baked goods as well! A great spot in Peterborough, we just wish you were open on Mondays!
My first taste of your incredible baked goods! Brought to a lunch, we sampled several pastries and a delicious bread cutting off snippets, nibbling the only sounds, 'Mmmmm ' and 'Try this one! ' Flakey pastry, buttery and delicious, like I haven 't tasted since childhood, my mother 's made from scratch Easter morning french croissants...Many thanks!
This place is awesome! Excellent service, great prices! And the food options range from creative and adventurous to classic comfort food. But the best part is walking away with freshly baked sourdough bread. I go to this restaurant for anything from a business lunch to a casual meal out with a friend or my family.
we ordered your butter buns for pulled pork at our daughters first birthday they were amazing! I don't usually eat gluten...or dairy (bothers my tummy) but it was well worth it!!! Best Bun I can ever remember eating!!!
This restaurant serves the best eggs and toast I have ever had, along with the most delicious strawberry jam that reminds me of my grandma's homemade jam. They also have a bakery with fresh bread on the premises.
A lovely surprise! Wonderful quality food. Must go earlier next time to get some of the baking. Surprised that we haven't been before seeing that you have been open for three years. :
