Really beautiful hotel with a great location close to downtown. I found it a little strange that the check in wasn't on the first floor, but it wasn't too much of a hassle although sometimes, the elevators wouldn't work with the keycards. Bummer that they don't serve breakfast anymore due to covid, but I like that they still provided some provisions to take with you like cereal, oatmeal, juice and water. We were skipped a few times by housekeeping, and it took forever to get the towels and things we needed, but all in all we enjoyed our stay here. The meat was too thin, the fries were burnt, and the entire meal felt overpriced. For that price, I expected a far better quality steak. On a more positive note, the margarita pizza was decent—the price was fair for the portion, though I found parts of it to be quite soggy.
As for the service, it was adequate, though I noticed the staff complaining about orders and customers leaving, which made for an awkward atmosphere. I did my best to remain polite and cleaned up after myself at the table. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this restaurant. It has a lot of potential, but there is significant room for improvement.
Honestly worst service ever. The restaurant was not busy, 3 tables…. The waiter passed by me 5 times with no acknowledgment I hadn’t been waited on, and continued to clean tables instead of taking my order. After 15 minutes of waiting at a self seating table, I walked to the bar to attempt to get some service…. But then waited another 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me…. I only ordered because I was too tired after a long work day to go downstairs or hop in my car to go somewhere else
Only came here for the free Happy Hour offered by Embassy Suites. The first time I came here I thought it was beer/wine only, but was happily surprised to see cocktails available too! Bartenders were super friendly and pours were very generous. Th free snacks were pretzels, chips, and veggies, but that was fine with me. I'd stay at this hotel for these amenities again!

Im going to start out by saying that the location is prime but the hotel is disappointing. I'm going to highlight a couple things that this hotel falls short in. First, there is only two out of the 4 elevators working; resulting in a 20-30min wait every time you need to use it. Secondly, the room didn't have hand soap or a base plate in the microwave.
Great place to stay and the happy hour time was great in the elements restaurant on the 4th floor. Staff were nice and accommodating to all needs. The only thing that was some what sad is the location and amount of homeless and crazy people their were. This is no fault of the hotel, but does play apart of the stay at this location.
I wouldn't recommend the Rigatoni. I ordered room service, which is already overpriced, and ended up paying a 24% service charge only to have them forget half of my order. There was hardly any sauce or mushrooms, and I received just two pieces of kale. For $20, I got mostly dry noodles. I'm extremely disappointed.
They claim to be open until 11 PM, but don’t fall for it—it's just another misleading promise from Hilton. The hours are not reliable, regardless of your membership status. Expect no food options, no parking available, and no credit.

I like it here always quality food service. I had a brother come into town and asked me to take him back here. My apartment is far from here, so I can't visit often.
Delicious food!! I had the Colorado Lamb ataco-Dillas. I would definitely order it again.
