My partner and I had never been to any Elements Bar and Grill locations but had heard it advertised alot on a radio station, so we decided to go there (pyrmont) location and my gosh what a great move that was..! All I can say is WOW the food is by far the best I've ever had and I do dine out alot so that is a big statement. They have it all, the best food, the best atmosphere and the most friendliest staff who know what they are talking about.. well done to management. We will be back. We dined last 14th of Dec and I’m just a bit confused, why does Marbling 2 steak on the menu costs higher compared to Marbling 4? (Eye fillet and Sirloin) I’m not a chef, I’m just giving an honest feedback but I think chefs should not be scared to season steak with salt and pepper so it will not be bland. Steaks are a bit pricey to be bland. The buffalo wings are just deep fried wings and not spicy. But the Pesto rigatoni was nice though. Also air conditioning needs to be fixed. All in all good experience because of the servers but the price compared to the quality, needs to improve a little bit. Dined in around 3pm.
The food was incredible, and the atmosphere was fantastic! My fiancé and I were attended to by Abdul, who truly made our evening unforgettable. He was very attentive, making our date night so enjoyable that we plan to return every week. The service was outstanding, without a doubt! We had a mixed experience at the Pyrmont restaurant. We were well looked after by staff clearly stretched by our large booking so well done. The food was generally great but unfortunately to our disappointment the steak was hit and miss with some guests enjoying great cuts while others got bone and fat. Given the reputation of the place we were surprised. We didn't let it spoil the occasion being with lifelong friends who had not been together in years.
