I only wished we lived closer, we would certainly be regular diners. We had a delightful experience at Elgano Italian with delicious food and drinks. The restaurant has a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, and we were seated in the quiet and romantic Orangery. Our meal was excellent, tasty, and served promptly by friendly staff. This was our third visit to Elgano, and each time has been fantastic. We will definitely be returning soon. This restaurant was very busy when I walked in. Dinner was served upstairs. Starter was ok but I would have liked more salad. Bread crust was impossible to cut so had to eat with my hands. Main was alright, lamb was delicious, but unfortunately not many potatoes or veggies. Dessert was homemade panna cotta. Overall nice meal less quantity than expected but with quality. Stayed overnight and had evening meal in restaurant. Food, service and staff were first class. Lovely styled modern bedroom too. Highly recommended. Parking: Limited secure parking available. This restaurant is fantastic! The food and staff were amazing. We dined in for lunch and the price per person was between £70-80. The food and service both receive a 5-star rating, as well as the atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the Quattro Stagioni, Risotto, and Spaghetti Bolognese. For vegetarians, I highly recommend this restaurant.
The restaurant was fantastic and a special treat for my birthday girl. They went above and beyond to make her feel special. I also thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch, receiving a perfect 5 in each category.
