This was the worst experience ever, bad service, very expensive, poor amount of food. The cashier gave the worst attitude ever and wasn 't polite at all, he acted like he was tired of people and didn 't really care about the costumer service, on the other hand the pizza was mid and the size of the pizza i would say is for a kid and for 14 dollars i surely was expecting a lot more from elmhurst famous pizza what 's the reason of the fame ? The chefs here do not practice proper hand hygiene, and the pizzas are left exposed in an open area. I witnessed one chef step outside to smoke and then touch various surfaces without washing his hands afterward. This establishment is quite unsanitary for ordering food. Additionally, the pizzas were burnt and contained very little cheese. I cannot recommend this pizza restaurant.
I thought the pizza was really good. My only complaint is that I saw they had garlic knots. I asked for 3 garlic knots. The person serving the food said the minimum order for garlic knots were 6. I said forget the Garlic knots. I feel this is stupid because I can go to any pizza place in NYC and I can get 3 or 1 or as many garlic knots that I want.
The customer service here is terrible. I called once to inquire about an order I placed through Uber Eats, and the person who answered was extremely rude, even calling me ridiculous and hanging up after I just asked about my order, which I had placed an hour earlier. If you want good pizza, I’d suggest going somewhere else.

The pizza was delicious, but the staff asked us to leave the indoor seating area 30 minutes before closing. It was pouring rain outside, so we had to find somewhere else to eat. Fortunately, a nearby restaurant had covered seating available. Pizza 5/5, Staff 1/5, Overall 3/5.

We were heading out to get bubble tea from a nearby place and decided to grab a quick snack along the way. The pizza we tried was fairly average.
