This hotel was excellent. Great location close to everything in Baltimore. The service was superb and room was excellent. Loved the evening reception. The bartender and waitress was very friendly and hard working. I loved the fitness center even though the total gym machine is not operating. The bool was great too. The hotel had everything we were looking for in a Baltimore weekend getaway.
It's been a couple nights here on a visit to Maryland. The room was very nice and that everything anyone would need. The happy hour was great but crowded and the breakfasts were awesome.Rooms: Very roomy and had everything one needs for comfort.Food drinks: The reception happy hour was very good. Two free well drinks per room.
Everything was nice and clean. The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable. The only complaint we have is that the staff wasn't very nice, everyone we seemed to come in contact with had an attitude, they were very short when being asked a question like they were annoyed that they were being spoken to.
They advertise their shuttle bus every 30 minutes on the hour. We waited for over an hour and every time I called the front desk said they were on their way. When they finally arrived (with 2 passengers), TJ (driver) said there were too many cars parked on the airport so he decided to leave and come back.
