My wife and I were stranded last minute in New York as our flights were cancelled Thursday night and my friend reached out to Joe at Ember by Smokey Joe to see if he could help. He reached OUT TO US to deliver food at a discount and to help us under the circumstances. He was a true mench, wanted nothing in return, and looking to help. The food.. UNBELIEVEABLE and sooo delicious!! If you live in NYC and ever want a Shabbos off from cooking you have to try Smokey Joe's food its the customer service you could only dream of!
I admire this spot! They prepare decent meals, their menu is large, The cook in that spot is well trained, I love very much eating all their dishes. The dishes are consistently of high qualtity, the service towards the visitors is good. I often eat in this place and I not even once was unhappy. I recommend it to all.
This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! The servers were so kind and everything came very quickly. The food was delicious and the vibes were on point. My friends and I were particularly impressed with Pedro who gave us everything we wanted with a smile :
This restaurant and take out use to be amazing but when they make an error they are rude, arrogant and very unprofessional! I was saddened by the service they provided and the way they treated a customer who has been loyal for years!

Ember Kosher Restaurant in Cancun is top notch. The food is DELICIOUS! Our waiter Mitzel was friendly and knowledgeable of everything on the menu. His recommendations were superb. We came 2 nights in a row and plan to be back again!
I love coming here, their butternut squash soup, Steak Frites, Churros, and custard are my favorite things to eat here! Service is amazing too!
This place never fails to deliver. They have good food for reasonable prices, there no long wait even when they are busy.
