UNRELIABLE, DO NOT USE FOR PARTY OR CAKES This was my experience at this bakery A week before my daughters 3rd birthday I ordered a blue birthday cake with the pink fong character (from the baby shark show) and provided a picture to the woman taking my order. She also also took my cookie order for 1 2lb platter of rainbow cookies and 1 2lb platter of colorful sprinkle cookies. She told me Leena would call to review the order because she is not in on weekends. Leena never called so I called her the day before the party to confirm the order. I reviewed the order with her and she said she got it and the cake and cookies would be ready for pick up in Melville at 8 AM. My daughters party started...
Emilia's Bakehouse is absolutely outstanding! We visited for the first time last week and were thoroughly impressed. Choosing a cake for a birthday party was tough because every item on the menu looked irresistible. The staff, especially Noel, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We decided to try a slice of four different cakes: carrot cake, blackout cake, strawberry shortcake, and chocolate mousse cake. Each one was delicious, and we couldn't wait to share them with our family and friends. Additionally, the brownies and spelt croissants were incredibly flavorful. Emilia's Bakehouse is definitely a must-visit!
If the food at Emilia’s bakehouse is as good as it looks, it must be fantastic. Unfortunately I cannot confirm this observation as it was impossible for me to get served. It was not busy. There was one other person on line, but the girl behind the counter was FAR to busy sharing her experience with Covid (to the person she had already served) to bother. She saw me waiting. She looked me in the eyes several times as she continued her conversation, but didn’t bother to acknowledge me until I was fed up and walking out the door. I don’t care how good your food is, when your service is garbage. Keep talking.

I’ve had the pleasure of savoring their delightful treats at various special occasions like birthdays, gender reveal parties, and as gifts for the Huntington Hospital delivery team. Throughout the eventful year of 2021, Emilia's Bakehouse’s exceptional menu was there to provide incredible flavors every step of the way!

I sampled the bretzel croissant sandwiches and both were excellent. My favorite was the oatmeal cookie. Although the location is somewhat off the beaten path, it’s absolutely worth the trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient as we took our time deciding. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying more of their delicious baked treats!
Eventually, I located the transaction and received a lackluster apology. To make matters worse, the cake itself was underwhelming. I really wish they would adopt a more professional approach to problem resolution. We deserve a sincere apology for the overcharge and for the disruption caused during our celebration due to their mistake.
Emilia's Bakehouse is absolutely amazing. Emelia typically drives to the mall, but today she chose to walk, and she's so pleased she did. The staff are friendly, and the food is delightful. The chocolate chip cookies are absolutely amazing, and the lemonade is the best she's ever tasted. This has quickly become her favorite bakery!

I absolutely love Emilia's! Their cookies are amazing, especially the rainbow ones. The cheesecake, croissants, muffins, and other items are all fantastic as well! The service is exceptional! I highly recommend it!
I ordered a custom cake for a birthday, but I was quite disappointed with how dry it was. It tasted as if it had been frozen for too long.
