not the best experience. it was a very busy night in the hotel, the employees were guided by their feet in the dining room/kitchen. we waited for more than 90 minutes for our meals. I saw that most of the tables in the pub in this night were the same. the waitress was very apologetic (only ground it is 3 stars, not 2 . the bar manager (older type, maybe steve? from the moment on we even suggested to ask for a table and want a meal. it seemed like the idea that we were coming for a meal was not something he wanted to deal with. with his attitude I didn't even ask if the drink that should be served with the child meal, or the cost of the bill that was added in his head and was just a bit round...
