The impression offers a kitchen that I will name pleasant. Both owners are hot, their kitchen centered around flowers and herbs. Fresh and seasonal dishes. Everything was good, wisely seasoned and balanced in the mouth. Funny mouth to dessert. I feel like the chef doesn’t like working meat. In any case, the meat dish, a lamb, was less original and flowered than the rest. It was however succulent, just less original than the rest. I almost preferred a purely vegetarian dish. Basically: I recommend going!
Superb discovery and heartburn for this restaurant. The kitchen is very centered around local flowers and plants. The arrangements and flavors are original and beautiful balance of flavors. The prices are fair, beautiful wine map offered to the glass in agreement with each dish. The decoration is neat and warm, unpretentious. When in service: small care! Thanks to the two owners.

A very nice discovery for the passage of Brestois. Intimate and very attentive restaurant. We had a good time by letting ourselves be carried by the menu of Baptiste. If you know Ripaille in Brest and if you visit Vannes, the Empreinte restaurant is for you!
