Ich hatte gehört, dass die Encore erstaunliches Gebäck hat, aber aus irgendeinem ungeraden Grund hat ich mich entschieden, ihre herzhaften Lebensmittel auszuprobieren. Der Ort ist gemütlich, hell und verwendet eine Kreidebrett als Menü für die herzhaften Lebensmittel. Ich habe das Hähnchen, Avocado, Salat und Mayo-Sandwich bestellt (ich fügte Käse für 3 Dollar hinzu. Es kam auf 12,50 $. Das Essen kam schnell und der Service war super nett. Das Sandwich war frisch, leicht und der Salat war knackig. Ich kann es überhaupt nicht beschaffen. Das einzige, was ich sagen...
This was my first time here. I just moved to a place close by and I wanted to check out the local stores. I'd heard that Encore has amazing pastries, but for some odd reason or another, I decided on trying out their savoury foods. The place is cosy, bright and uses a chalk board as a menu for the savoury foods. I ordered the chicken, avocado, lettuce and mayo sandwich (i added cheese for $3). It came to $12.50. The food came quickly and the service was super nice. The sandwich was fresh, light and the lettuce was crunchy. I can't fault it at all. The only thing I can say is that for a sandwich that size, I feel it was a bit pricey. But otherwise, good! I'm definitely going there again to try...
I used to go here to buy their scrumptious green glaze iced frogs that were originally famous in Brighton Le Sands Rondelai Cakes (closed) and later Michel's Patisserie. They stopped making them a few years ago due to time and lack of profit margin.I'm not really a cake person to be fair but everything is way too rich for me. Perfect if you have a sweet tooth.I wasn't impressed with the service however. And tea was like warm- tea has to be piping hot to enjoy.
