my partner and I visited escoba last night and were amazed by not only the quality of the food, but also the service. we ordered salmon and meatballs for the main and dessert we had a cream broth. this is just one of the best meal we had. I cannot recommend this place enough! such a warm and welcoming atmosphere!
I absolutely loved having dinner at Escoba. The pace was relaxed, the venue peaceful and quiet, and the service was impeccable. The serving staff were attentive and conversational. I learned a lot about the cuisine common to Alberta
by the friendly staff who feel they are welcome to home when they go through the doors, put to the complicated detail and carefree in every delicious masterpiece, escoba was an amazing culinary experience.
