Pedimos sólo un entrante (croquetas de marisco), ya que de principal pedimos el arroz de cococha, marinado todo con un albariño Pedro Soutomaior. Las croquetas son espectaculares! Muy crujiente por fuera y brutalmente cremosas por dentro; con muchísimo sabor. Con el arroz hay que andar con ojo... Me explico: Llega a la mesa recién retirado del fuego, por lo que el primer plato no tendrá mucho sabor... Casi defraudante. En cuanto reposa esos minutitos necesarios, se convierte en un arroz de sabor intenso y en su punto. Supongo que lo sacarán pronto a mesa para no impacientar a los clientes, pero la verdad es que es algo a tener muy en cuenta si quieres disfrutar de su sabor espectacular.
A este restaurante suelo ir una vez al año, cuando voy de visita a Vigo, y eso que tengo que hacer más de media hora en coche, pero el local, la cocina y sus mariscos, me permiten hacer todo esos kilómetros para degustar una gran cocina gallega, con estilo y gran calidad Doy la enhorabuena a Andrés, creo que se llama al Cocinero y a su personal por el servicio que dan, los mariscos son muy buenos, que además verás en su vitrina, o sus centollas y centollos ya cocidos en la misma barra. Los chipirones son tremendos, el arroz con bogavante es brutal, con un arroz de gran calidad que no se pasa, y los puntos del marisco los clava. Bueno que sigan, así que volveré siempre
Typical Galician seafood. We had the pulpo and the lobster rice. The octopus was great if a bit overdone but the lobster rice was perfect. Everything seemed fresh. Good wine menu with about 15 bottles of white wines available. Only minor issues: the wine was not fully uncorked at the table making me a bit suspicious we got the right bottles and the bread could have been more fresh. I would return again.
as almost usual we stayed to eat and go to bueu and the star,pulpo a feira ,berberechos and coconuts to the caterpillar with chirlas and berberechos, it is a shame to throw jelly to thicken the salsa, even though the berberechos give it a special flavor . and dessert double sticks of ration although the cream is not the best Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Much for two, asked for seafood box, it was plenty of food mixing both warm and cold seafood (not sure whether that's a good idea), took 35mins to get coked and missed some snacks in between. Very good quality so local white wine. Definitely will repeat again soon later
Este es el tercer año y no decepciona. La mariscada un 10. Pedimos también por primera vez un arroz con mariscos y estaba impresionante. Los postres no decepcionan y la atención inmejorable
