We booked to eat on Christmas Day with confirmation. And when we arrived it was closed. We have gone without eating on December 25. I would like to know where my reservation was canceled because the only thing I have in my email is the confirmation email. As the owner of an establishment, the least you can do is apologize and understand the customer you left on the street on Christmas Day. I can show both the confirmation email and the subsequent SMS that you sent confirming the reservation. That is not an answer.
