I have been going to Eva’s for well over 5 years now. I love them so much that I recently planned a trip to Budapest (Hungary is where it originated) to taste it in the local city.I tried 3 different places in Budapest because I kept getting disappointed from one place to another. It really made miss Eva’s and appreciate it even more.To each their own, but I prefer Eva’s soft fresh cones and perfectly sweetened soft serve ice cream with the fresh sauces and toppings they have, compared to the ones in Budapest (nohate).If anyone’s not been satisfied with Eva’s, then maybe their taste buds weren’t having a good day then. After Dinner at one of the restaurants in the area, went to get Eva's Original Chimneys for a nice dessert?and something to eat while on a walk on the lakefront. It was our first time here and this place definitely didn't disappoint!!! I don't think the flavour you get will matter because they're all so good!? However, the only reason why this place is getting a 4/5 and not 5/5 is because the Chimney holder could be a bit more quality. The ice cream melting seeps through at the bottom. MarshmallowI have enjoyed Eva's Chimneys often over the last few years, I was very disappointed to find a marshmallow at the bottom of my chimney.I always order the Berrylicious chimney, and there has always been a delicious round chocolate at the bottom.They have replaced this with a marshmallowWho places a Marshmallow in this type of dessert ?At this price ?Melting chocolate in ice-cream !I have had many Eva's Chimneys and that has never happened.You should be honest and state it is a business decision base on money.I wont be returning,There are many other ice-cream business in the area that I will be happy to spend my money at.
Frankly, this dessert is very overrated! It's $10.95 before tax if it should be half this price! The vanilla soft napkin is in terms of taste and ingredients of poor quality? It has a diluted taste of milk and sugar. The berry compartment is placed below if it should be placed halfway when filling the cone with ice cream. This photo is a decent one from my friend, while my cone was badly prepared and had the berries drizzle allover the cone instead! My hands were annoyingly sticky with all the dirty stuff. I'm even sorry that the proposal stops there! I had to apologize to my friend! Never again!
Incredible Ice Cream! The cones are made fresh and infront of you. The cone adds on to the quality/taste of their product. 8 Ice Cream Flavours total cone or cup *at the base of every cone is a surprise chocolate ball that stops the ice cream from falling through 6 customers at a time masks mandatory Drinks, Pizza Burgers served as well parking just around the corner (west of building, turn south) *Mango Coconut *Cookies Cream So far so great??
Amazing quality icecream and the cinnamon cone with it. The icecream didn?t feel like cheap icecream was used. I like how the cinnamon cone is warmed up that it makes the icecream more tastier and that?s what I also like from Eva?s Original. It?s a little bit pricey in my opinion. I?d still come to buy at this place again :
Was here last week, the ice cream cone was great, service was good too. they may want to revisit the quality of the cone wrapper, as it doesn't cold and in less than 10 min was leaking through the cone.
Mouth-watering fresh chimney cake with delicious ice cream. They have many flavours but the best one has to be mango. Warm fluffy cone goes so well with sweet creamy ice cream. Definitely worth a try!
DELICIOUS!!! Totally worth the wait. The sensation of eating the warm cone in your mouth as the soft serve ice cream melts in your mouth is an incredible sensation!! Definitely worth the drive!
