Evy's Rooftop Terrace Bistro Bar is relatively new rooftop bar on the 6th floor of the Hampton Inn on the south side of Clearwater Beach and offers pretty views of the Clearwater Pass, the beach, the hotel pool, the sunset, passing boats, and Sand Key island. We found some seats and waiting for a server to come. Surprise no server came. I walked to the bar and the server says there is no table service at this establishment and she's the only bartender there. She gave us 3 menus for a party of 8. The drinks took 30 minutes and the food took over an hour and a half. The Loaded Nachos Grande came with Tortilla chips topped with choice of protein (chicken), queso, lettuce, pico, jolapeno, quacam...
We stayed at the Hampton last week and truly enjoyed your upstairs bar Evy's. It is not only beautiful, fantastic food and cocktails. Our bartender was a lady named Gina and couldn't have been more accommodating... We will surely return!!! Had a wonderful time.
I had an amazing experience at Evys! The decor is stunning, and the sunset view is breathtaking. Gina provided exceptional customer service—it was perfect! The chocolate cake and mahi tacos were delicious. Thank you for the wonderful vibes!
Wonderful place overlooking Clearwater Beach. Very relaxing atmosphere and super comfortable. Food is delicious and my old fashioned was on point. Best of all Gina took care of us like family. Say hello to her from Tom. Cheers

The atmosphere (along with food and staff) are AMAZING! The views of the inlet are great and couple that with the fire features at night and it's memorable!
