I have been ordering from Falcos for years and every year they got worse. It pains me to write this review and I rarely do write them. But I made an order and they called me to say they didn 't have anchovies for my anchovies/pineapple pizza and If I still wanted the pizza. But they hanged up before I said no. I called back to see if I would get a refund for the pizza or change the toppings instead and they said they can 't because they threw my order in the oven (pizza with just pineapple) even though I said I didn 't want that pizza if it didn 't have anchovies. Kid-friendliness: The the girl that took care of me who answers the phone in the front works from 12:00 to 12:00 and the weekends and 10 to 12:00 Sunday through Thursday and every day she works and she was so delightful, so accommodating, and got my food done fast and never once that she frown. Falcon was always a good pizza. Heard they make a Calzon, so we ordered two pizza slices and a Calzone. The pizza was horrible, burnt crust, and tasted nothing like it used to. My guess is they put the slices back in the oven to heat them up.On the other hand, the Calxone was very tasty, like their pizza used to be.
