I'd heard good things about FatBurger and was a wee bit stoked to see one in Kelowna. So I stopped in last night. You order at a till and then they bring you your meal. Ok. Paying, I used an ATM card and on the machine it asks for a tip, immediately, no pass option. Your choice to move forward is pay or pay. I chose % and 0. GrrRight off I was a wee bit surprised. A simple FB is 8$. I had that, Poutine and a Chocolate shake. Total $18.11The shake arrived first. Sweet and tasty if a bit thin, which I liked. The wheels fell off when the food arrived. This little restaurant was a disaster when we went in. The floors were filthy with grime but also debris from previous cliental It looked like the floors hadn't been swept or washed in weeks!. all of the tables were pilled high in discarded burger baskets that patrons had moved to dirty tables so they could get a seat. We didn't receive the order we purchased, I had to ask three times for a missing item and three of the staff stood there dumfounded as to what I ordered and who missed it!When you walk in and see the high prices for the food, you think, ok gourmet burger....no problem. What we received was no better than any other burger out there! in fact Wendy's, DQ , A&W and Burger King all...
We had never been to this restaurant and I wasn't expecting it to be any different than the other fast food restaurants. But it was. The music was good. and the food quite good too. We did takeout, but will come back and eat there. I was very surprised to see they sell beer too.
First time at a FatBurger Its your typical fast food outlet but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our order, Cheeseburger with fries was delivered to our table within a few minutes. The burger was very good and the fries were freshly cooked. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
yes I wanted to say I eat a fat burger so I order double pattie and chesse plus fries and chocolate milk shake yes this is quick meal and not for bad price ($12) lots of good parking and good seats to eat. Service was fast and friendly.
The burgers are great but not $30 great. One Hawaiian burger, one Original, one side of pouting, two fountain drinks and a $2 tip. The total bill was $32.81. It was not our first visit but it may be our last.
Lots of food so come hungry. The burgers were good but seemed expensive for hamburgers. The place was packed so lots of people eat here and keep coming back. Nice family runs it.
