I had a Biggy with a side of sweet potato chips. The shop was very busy and the staff did a great job in taking my order and letting me know that there would a slight delay as they were very busy. My meal took about 25 minutes to be served and it was great. I have never had any issues at any of the FB shops. There are plenty of vegetarian, vegan and GF options. The shop was clean and tidy and looked good. Thank you to the team at Fancy Burgers.
We had a great experience at this restaurant with its extensive burger selection. We ordered several different burgers, and everything arrived promptly and piping hot. Everyone in our group was satisfied with their meal. The chips were especially delicious—crispy without being overly greasy. One staff member stood out for being exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful meal!
40 minute wait for a combo … ended up with a burger nothing else. Waiting 40 mins for a burger is ridiculous. Staff under pump and oldest member properly 18 yo . Support your staff and get more to help. Burger was good but $20 for a non-combo really?. Wont be returning 40 mins for a restaurant meal is ok but for a burger… what a joke.
This young team was incredibly fast, serving up four burgers in just 10 minutes along with a side of fries. The burgers were clean and tasty, and the prices were reasonable. I live here and thought I'd let it go. we ordered the fancy that burger with chips. the chips were too salty, we couldn't eat them. the burger had no taste. will not return. I have a picture of how much salt there was.
