The smoked wings were amazing, especially with the Alabama White Sauce! I even brought a bottle of the sauce back to Texas. The pulled pork was good, and the fried ribs were a nice treat. I think a tad bit more seasoning would them great. The Mac n cheese was far above average, really creamy. The collard greens were the best I've ever had outside my mama's kitchen! I really enjoyed the service I had. This place is a must when in the Charleston area. I actually went twice during a 4 day trip! The pulled pork platter was incredibly tender, moist, and easily fell apart. The addition of the pepper vinegar sauce elevated the dish to a whole new level. The mac and cheese and collard greens served as sides were delicious accompaniments.
