my family and I visited this beautiful coffee arm to learn and learn what really is going to make a good cup coffee. we were not disappointed. this small farm is family owned and managed. andres welcomed us and explained the history of the region and its coffee. his wife angela then brought us several tassen from her own delicious coffee, brewed with various methods. Andres then showed us around the plantation, we even had to get a coffee from the plants before we are guided through the process of washing, selection, fermenting and drying the coffee. after the end of the tour, angela served us a wonderful lunch, which was mostly made with own products from the farm.
