Finley's Irish Pub Eatery

This is one of my boyfriend's favorite sports bars, so we probably go there for about half the games of the two teams he follows. I might have been a little worried when I found he watches their games in bars, but it's more of an Irish restaurant than a straight-up bar. They have real food, not just wings (which the bf loves) and other bar foods. Their fish and chips are great, though the fish platter comes with great mashed potatoes and fresh steamed vegetables for the same price. The bangers and mashed are delicious, though they're (authentically) rather too heavy in onions for my tastes. I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was lively, especially since it was the first Sunday of the football season, with plenty of games on. Fans from various teams gathered to enjoy themselves. I ordered a basket of onion rings, a pastrami sandwich, and the roast beef dinner, along with two Guinness and a Smithwick. Tasha highly recommended the roast beef and Smithwick, and she was spot on – they were excellent! I definitely plan to return. It's a pub, so liquor selections are great. Also heard it is a popular sports bar but not for soccer though. They opened for early to serve breakfast for the world cup, but the place is empty. Food wide, nothing special and the pastrami sandwich is a bit disappointed. It is an Irish Pub, expect better quality.

Not bad for lunch. Had the ham, turkey and Swiss wrap with fries. It came out hot and fresh. This pub looked very clean and the server/bartender was friendly and efficient. I'm sure it's pretty packed there in the weekend when the live music is there!

Delicious food. Had the bangers and mashed, fiance had meat loaf special with blue cheese melted on top! Big portions and great price. Everything made homemade and fresh. Going back soon, hopefully they have the Hoosier Daddy next time!Food: 5/5

Sweet Irish pub with good food. Today was my 2nd trip to this place. The fillet tips and seafood skin were great! The nachos were nothing special, but overall I am really happy with the place.

Fun time at casual spot. MN Viking fans were a bit disruptive but conversation at our table (not n bar) could continue after the game was over.
