The carnitas in the Super Quesadilla Carnitas were tasty, but they lacked the crispiness that you typically expect from carnitas. It seemed like they missed that crucial final step that sets carnitas apart from regular shredded pork. Additionally, there was barely any cheese, causing the meat to spill out whenever I tried to take a bite. While the flavor was enjoyable, those accustomed to Americanized Mexican cuisine might find this lacking. That said, it’s still worth a try. The Quesabirria was pleasantly spicy and delicious. While it wasn't as cheesy as others I've tried at different restaurants, the flavorful meat made up for it. The taste was fantastic, and there was plenty of meat. I got a bit confused by the description, as I might not have read it thoroughly. It turns out that when you order the Quesabirria, you need to order the consommé separately. Despite that, it was still tasty even without the consommé. The Super Quesadilla Carnitas was also excellent. The carnitas were flavorful and tender. Together, the Quesabirria and one slice of the Super Quesadilla Carnitas provided more than enough food, so now I have leftovers to enjoy!
The portion sizes for meat and salsa are incredibly stingy. The attitude of the staff is terrible, and they have messed up my order four times. It's disappointing that I can go to Chipotle and get more flavorful salsa. If you choose to eat here, be prepared to receive more rice and beans than anything else.
The restaurant is literally a fire truck, which is pretty cool! The food is fantastic. As someone who frequently enjoys tacos, I can say this place is a reliable favorite. You should definitely give it a try — you might enjoy it even more than I do. The owner is really friendly, too!

This is the "burrito super" It was delicious and big, need I say more! They also included some real good and spicy salsa (with good heat and flavor) red and green. Each Salsa was different, but great on heat and flavor!
The meat seemed overcooked and dry, as if it had been microwaved, and it was notably lacking in flavor. The salsa was also mediocre, without much taste to speak of. Perhaps this is a case of getting what you pay for.
Ordered super chicken burrito with tax around $15 there was no chicken there at all, just few pieces and lots of rice. Definitely won’t be back.
