Tavern-style restaurant with a decent variety on offer. The staff here are by far this restaurant's strongest point. Across multiple visits, I'd struggle to find a bad thing to say even on a bad day. Insofar as food is concerned, their menu has a little bit of everything. Portions are rather small for the price point (and compared to what I'm used to at similar restaurants , but still enough for a decent meal. In my experience, flavor and quality can be a little inconsistent. I've repeatedly had orders came out under-seasoned, or with under-done toppings. On my last visit, I had to peel a strip of bacon off my bacon burger because it was both nearly raw and almost entirely gristle. None of t...
A favorite spot, although for some reason we were not found in the rewards program this visit. Service is always outstanding. Food is good. This visit I had the habenero lime snapper. I expected some heat, but the burn was massive. Not the restaurant's fault, it clearly said habenero, but a caveat would have been appreciated on the heat level. I love spicy, but the dish was a bit ghost pepper level. Not sure we will return soon. Being kicked to the curb on rewards is a bummer.
First time in Virginia Beach and found this gem! The food was exceptional and Hannah was our awesome server. Definitely recommend! Lots of variety and great drinks.
