I placed my order online for pickup, and the confirmation email indicated that the chips would be included. However, when I got home, they were missing. I ordered the Jamaican jerk turkey and the Engineer, specifying that one should be on wheat bread, but they both came with white bread instead. The turkey was soggy, there was an excessive amount of mayonnaise, and the toppings included only a few leaves of lettuce and a thin slice of tomato. I waited in line, but no one took my order. A man informed me that someone else would assist me and pointed to a woman. When I approached her, she chose to ignore me and started chatting with her coworkers instead. This was incredibly unprofessional and rude. After waiting without any service, I ultimately had to turn around and leave.

Great sandwiches! Normally have fast and friendly service. Ingredients are served fresh and most of the employees seem happy to be there. The restaurant does tend to get busy around lunch time. The restaurant is mostly clean with exception sometimes of thebathrooms. Great place for a sandwich.
