Probably my favorite sandwich place right now! I've only been a few times but I keep wanting to go back! Their sandwiches are great and so is the chicken and dumplings and the mac n cheese. Their chocolate chip cookies are so good and I will definitely be back for those! May seem a bit expensive but I'd rather spend the extra few dollars here than go to subway. Another thing I noticed is that all of the staff were wearing their masks properly and that was awesome to see! I've been a few places that don't wear them properly over their nose so it was very reassuring to go in and see them prepare with the proper precautions. We found firehouse subs in Yuma and stopped in to grab a bite! This place is far more superior than Subway! They not only greet you when you walk in the door and are pleasant but they also call you by your name. Everything in the restaurant is immaculate, food comes out hot, and delivered to your table. Great service and great find! We made it known that we were going to find a firehouse sub restaurant when we returned home. We've been regulars since!
Have always loved firehouse since it came to Folsom... always much better than any other place. I liked the NYC Steamer, who wasn't in the menu for a while, but came back when I saw it again. The sandwich was small and amount of meat much less than usual, but still quality and tasty. The rolls were not fresh... literally in small dry pieces above.

Delicious Subs. I almost hesitated to see the prices, but the subs were generously divided so it was worth it. Just reason why I gave 4 starts is that even if they have an online pick-up parking you still have to go to the restaurant to get your food. As a disabled person who is disappointed. Why offer a parking space if not to the parking space?
I absolutely love their sandwiches, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The patio is a fantastic spot to enjoy a delicious meal and unwind! The smoked turkey is incredibly tasty; you have to try it with Captain Sorensen's signature sauce! It's smoky, sweet, and has a vibrant flavor without being spicy. It's definitely my favorite!

Best Sandwich Shop in Folsom. Firehouse Subs is the ultimate spot for a delicious sandwich. They offer an excellent variety of classic favorites, along with soup options, salads, chips, and more. Nowadays, it’s the only place I go for lunch sandwiches!
