This place gets a decent mark, on the sliding scale of franchise sub shops. Way above the strict portion control of Subway, and just edging out Blimpies. But sorry, Jersey Mike's has them beat. In all the other chains, you can see the sub being made. Why there's a high barrier preventing that at Firehouses is beyond me. This location is right next door to a full fledged pizzeria that makes all kinds of sandwiches. This was my second time to come to this place, staff is fine (not particularly beautiful, but aren't common) both times I was here the soda was irrigated down and initially I thought maybe that you got low. No, all three drinks we got were watered. We saw the guy behind the counter watched the employees like a falcon while he weighed everything, then we got our subs and realized they skipped everything. Had like five bits of mushrooms over my entire sub. So that and the Soda thing it really looks like they skip everything and open to me personally, I prefer to go to another place because this is the only one I was, that seems to skip things. I came to the store with a 1/2 hour until the order to close, the simple multi-cold sandwich I even made a comment to the employee that I'm sorry I came towards closing. They laughed and told me it wasn't a problem at all. When I left the store and came home, it was a brick that was unbeatable. The bread was so stony that you couldn't bite it. But I should have known that I shouldn't go to one of these fast food deals and support a local mother and pop deli.

Hadn't been to a Firehouse in quite awhile, and I can't remember why as I really enjoyed my sandwich on this vist. The star of the vist was the Firehouse cherry/lime soda, this alone was worth the trip. Could've easily gotten another half star, but they were out of pickles, so I had to deduct something, I mean no pickles at a sandwich shop tsk. . .take. . .tsk!

Arrived at the location at approximately 9pm and placed an order to dine in food was placed in a to go bag. Then at 9:45pm attempted to place 1 order to go and was advised the location is now closed. Poor costumer service. This review coming from alaw enforcement and fire supporter Employee.
I went to the restaurant at 11:30. Instead of the staff who took orders, they prepared food. I guess at Firehouse Subs, online orders are done first. 25 minutes wait until someone takes my order for 10 minutes on sandwich. The hero sandwich was terrible. Will be my first and last time here
