A few weeks ago, I submitted a complaint through the restaurant's website, anticipating a response from the corporate office. Instead, the manager personally contacted me to discuss the issue. After I shared my concerns, they assured me that they would address the matter. However, they called me again for more details. My primary issue was with the customer service, yet I did not receive an apology or a refund. Instead, I was met with a rude manager who simply stated that they would look into it.
The food at this restaurant is outstanding, both in terms of quality and portion sizes. However, there is one downside: ordering over the phone can be hit or miss. I've been placed on hold multiple times without any response. This has happened to me on two occasions and to my wife on two separate occasions as well.
The staff was welcoming and provided quick service, and the quality of the food was impressive. It was clear that all the diners were happy and genuinely enjoying their meals. As someone who often visits FS locations while traveling, I would rank this one among my top 10 favorites.
