I always order extra meat because I prefer more meat than brot. the fact that I go quite regularly, I know how to feel a sandwich with extra meat. When I grabbed the bag, I knew they didn't put any extra meat on this sandwich. this sandwich felt so light and when I opened the box, it didn't even look like the sandwich that it even put on the menu. I spent 40$ on Sunday night at 8pm an my sandwiches were dry no sauce on them when they come with it I also request extra sauce also none of those sandwiches had pickles and I ask for them as well. I'm a little upset because I double ask before I paid an it was confirmed that they were in the box but get our order an nothing but dry subs

all firehouse subs standorte are always well managed, clean, workers are polite and kept clean. the here in homewood on green springs hwy is definitiw no exception.
