I'm disappointed to share that this location has really fallen off lately. This past month was especially frustrating. The staff was rude and appeared to argue over trivial issues, making the overall experience quite unpleasant. The sandwiches I ordered were messy and not prepared correctly. When I raised my concerns with the owner, instead of providing an apology, they just complained, which certainly explains the staff's behavior. While writing a review takes time, it's unacceptable to pay good money for such poor service and incompetence.
It’s disappointing to see that this location has been declining lately. This past month was the final straw for me. The staff was rude and would argue with you over trivial matters; they seemed unhappy to assist. The sandwiches were messy and made incorrectly. Instead of offering an apology, the owner just complained incessantly, which explains the staff's poor attitude and lack of competence. Writing a review takes time, but paying good money to be met with rudeness and ineptitude is simply unacceptable.
I ordered two large brisket sandwiches with barbecue sauce and double meat. Honestly, I don't think I needed the double meat because when I got home, the sandwiches were packed with some of the best brisket I've had in a long time. We even have some leftover in the fridge to save for tomorrow! I received a generous amount of meat and the service was excellent. Although the staff was very busy, they were all incredibly friendly and attentive. It looks like we’ll be returning to this place quite often!
We visited this restaurant today, and I was struck by the manager with purple hair. Her behavior towards her employees was excessively controlling and rude, to the point that I’m surprised there are still staff willing to work for her. The staff was incredibly friendly during my visit. The three girls attending to us were exceptionally sweet. I ordered a slider, and my girlfriend opted for the Italian dish—both were fantastic. However, I've noticed that prices seem to be skyrocketing everywhere. It's a bit concerning. Overall, we had a great experience!
There were five employees present, but only two of them and one other customer in the restaurant. The two workers ignored me while I waited at the register for five minutes before placing my order. It felt like they were more focused on something else and completely overlooked my presence.
I had an amazing Philly steak sandwich, and my family loved their meals too. My little one received a fire hat, which was a delightful surprise. I was also happy to see that they offer macaroni and cheese, perfect for my 2-year-old. All in all, it was a wonderful experience!

The subs at this place are fantastic. Every time I've been here, I've received excellent service and enjoyed delicious sandwiches. Thank you! I personally think the engineer on wheat is their best sandwich.
