Firehouse Subs Lexington Medical Center

This is the second time I tried this place and both times my sandwich was wrong. If you only have a 30-minute lunch break, you do not have time to run or drive back over the road to repair what they have massacred. Will not return to them or another fireworks because they have left a bad taste in my mouth. I'd rather go to the subway, Jersey Mike's, Sub Station II, or so on before I return here.

I was with many Firehouse Subs and that's by far the best. My food is always right, but even if it wasn't, I have no doubt that they wouldn't hesitate to do it right. The manager is great, the customer service is impeccable. Friendly staff too! The sugar cookies are amazing.

I got a sandwich from them 2 days ago and it was really good. Made just how I asked. Today I got a sandwich and it was good but they mixed my condiment request up. Instead of giving me extra mayo I got extra mustard. Still pretty good though. I will go back!

I get the Hook and Ladder combo every time I go to Firehouse. The one I had here was the best one ever! The staff was friendly and my sandwich was ready very fast. I highly recommend this Firehouse location!

Get the hook and ladder! Freestyle Coke Machine. Free parking. Miss the hot sauce bottles.
