This is the second time I've visited this restaurant, and both times my sandwich was incorrectly made. When you only have a 30-minute lunch break, you don't have time to make a trip back to fix their mistakes. I won't be coming back here or to any other location in the chain, as I've had a really negative experience. I'd much prefer to go to Subway, Jersey Mike's, Sub Station II, or anywhere else before returning here.
I've always enjoyed dining at this restaurant, but there's one thing that occasionally bothers me: the staff sometimes seems indifferent to their jobs. As someone who works in customer service, I believe it's important to be pleasant and personable with all customers, no matter how your day is going.
I was with many Firehouse Subs and that's by far the best. My food is always right, but even if it wasn't, I have no doubt that they wouldn't hesitate to do it right. The manager is great, the customer service is impeccable. Friendly staff too! The sugar cookies are amazing.

The staff was friendly and attentive. For takeout dinner, the price per person ranged from $10 to $20. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere also a 5. I highly recommend trying the New York Steamer and the Philly Cheese Steak.
