I've never been respected by a restaurant worker like I was tonight. I'm a Uber Driver and came here to pick up a delivery order. I have no control when I receive offers. I arrived at Firehouse Subs and the door was unlocked, so I went in. I didn't even get the chance to board when a worker informed me that we closed 6 minutes ago, dog and asked if I had already paid. I told her it was a Uber folder. She asked well why are you 6 minutes too late? I answered and said I just received the order and asked quietly if I could pick up the order. A simple yes or no question, you might think so. Then she said you want to give me some tips? At this point I was not mad at the unnecessary confrontationa...
I waited at least ten minutes to place my order, and then I had to wait an additional 38 minutes after paying for my food to receive the two sandwiches I ordered. This is outrageous! When I finally got my food and mentioned the long wait, I was met with indifference. It’s unlikely that I’ll return to this restaurant; the staff seemed like they couldn't care less about customers or their jobs. I'm very disappointed. While the food was good, the service was absolutely terrible.

Really pleasant experience at this Firehouse, we were greeted with smiles and friendly attitudes, and were treated really nicely. The restaurant was very clean and the food was delicious and well presented. We had the cheesesteak sub and the hook and ladder, both of which were really good. Would recommend! The portion sizes are very small for the high prices. I would compare it to Subway, but at least Subway offers larger servings. Unfortunately, Harley left me still feeling hungry. I suggest looking for another place to eat.
Updated my review from positive 2 years ago to now, not so good. I mean seriously....$9 for this? Staff were very nice.. but seriously, take some pride in your food....it was mostly bread.
Great little spot! It was my first visit, and they took the time to explain the menu and my options. I ordered the beef and cheddar brisket, and it was quite tasty.
