This is the nearest Firehouse Sub, which means anytime I'm in the area, it's a must to stop by. Love the Steamer.With that said, you will find that you aren't especially welcomed by the staff. I understand they are working to get the boxes ready and may be short staffed, but a simple hello would give you reason to spend $25 or more at this location. I believe the gentleman with his nose hanging out of his mask uttered about 8 words. What do you want was half of the words.Yeah...No!
The sandwich from Firehouse was disappointing with excess mayonnaise, undercooked bacon, and soggy bread. Overall, it was not a good experience and I will not be returning to this restaurant.
The sandwiches at this restaurant are average, but the staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. The level of rudeness is so extreme that it has deterred me from returning anytime soon.

I really enjoy this restaurant. Although it is a bit pricey, it is definitely worth it. The sandwiches are unique and high quality, not just your typical meat on bread.
subs are great. the employees need more training for customer service. even if they order for collection, they order a day in advance because they take forever.
