Firenzes is a Sarnia institution and has been serving up the best pizza pie for at least 30 years. Recently I was in Fort Mac Alberta listening to a group of shift workers debating how best to smuggle half a dozen pies from Firenzes back in their luggage!!!Try the all dressed (#21) with shredded ham and green olives. The crust is chewy and out of this world tasty. For take out prepare to order early (4pm) as the line starts then for 6pm pickup!!!
If you're in the mood for delicious pizza and have patience Firenze's is the place for you. You have to keep in mind they're a small local business so they don't have a huge stock of pre-made stuff they can just throw in the oven like those chain places, so you will likely have a wait!If you can wait, it's worth it! It's home made and fresh and you can taste this in the quality of pizza pie you get!
One of the best pizzas in town, but, you have to be patient, and I mean patient! Also you must be willing to spend a bit more than you normally would! However they do make some delicious pizza that is worth the wait, as long as you aren't already starving when you order (like I said patience! They're a small mom and pop place and have a lot of loyal customers lined up frequently!)
Even though mama firenzes has left our world to be with her husband, Rob is doing a fine job of keeping their fine reputation alive! I just had a baby pizza from there for the first time since she departed and it was great. Rob was taught well and has the system perfected...... Not any faster though,ha,ha, best to order early. After having food at my moms 90th birthday party, she decided we should have a Firenze's pizza to finish off the night. I have loved these pizzas for years and have not found a better one to date. Family from Nova Scotia felt the same. Rob is doing a great job of carrying on the family tradition. If you don't order early, be prepared to wait. It's worth it.
Just in for take-out pizza staff friendly ,courteous & make sure everything is done just right. Parking is great you can almost pull right to the door ,or at least within 50 meters ,my mother in her wheelchair loves the pizza smell with the glass window you can watch your pizza created
Have not been to Sarnia for some time but have been craving Sarnia pizza lately , I was hoping nothing had changed and it was just as good as I remember. Not sure why but Sarnia pizza is very unique, I have lived in many cities and travel a lot and never find pizza as good!
Still a very good pizza!! A longer wait and a little more expensive, but all worth it! Lots of toppings on the pizza, great flavor, and good pizza crust! Nothing like picking up a yummy pizza and sitting under the bridge to enjoy it and watch the boats go by! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The pizza is always good and we really like the Super Deluxe combination. You can watch the dough being hand-tossed through the window. They make their own tomato sauce and use a stone oven. We have been loyal customers for decades.
