I ordered a hot roasted turkey for Thanksgiving, selecting one between 14-16 pounds and paying $108.00. However, when I got it home, it seemed surprisingly small. I weighed it on a food scale, including the aluminum pan and three layers of foil, and the total came to just 7 lbs. 11 oz. I was very upset and contacted Fireside. I spoke with the manager, who explained that the turkey loses weight during cooking. However, no turkey loses 50% of its weight in the cooking process. fireside caterers of plainview is amazing! they have the most beautiful, friendly staff. we used them to accompany some of our corporate events. they make individual meals and buffet style meals. you eat is delicious and fresh. fireside is also very cheap!
This place is incredible. They change up their hot food specials every day. I don't even both checking what they're serving before going in they always have something amazing.The service is excellent, and the whole place is kept very clean.
Can't remember the name of the sandwich I got but it had chicken cutlets with cheese tomatoes and Russian dressing and it was very good. I'll be paying them a visit tomorrow and the food is very reasonable and you get a lot.

I really enjoy the fresh and tasty rolls at this restaurant, but I find the prices to be a bit too high for everything else on the menu. If you can afford it, I'm sure the food is delicious.
