First State Brewing Company

first state is a great addition to the delaware brew scene. they kill it with their lazy ipas and double ipas, but I really didn't have a beer of them I don't love. in contrast to many breweries, first state has a large menu with apps, salads and sandwiches, but they also have dinner curls, children's menus and desserts. tons parking, huge bar, happy hour, great tacos (what we had) great atmosphere- I can go on and on. first state is a simple way from the route 1, if it is to or from the beaches. go here, you won't be disappointed.

a hidden gem in middletown. the atmosphere is cool! eating is amazing and the service is also great. that was our first time here and will not be our last! they have an amazing beer selection!

First rate microbrewery. Upbeat atmosphere, great selection of beers, surprisingly good food menu for a microbrewery. I wish I lived closer!

good eating with some unique selections. the luke green chile cheese was very good. good service. family-friendly. many good games to play.
