Introduction:My family and I came to this First Watch location due to the convenience for all of us to get to.Welcome:We had to wait although we called ahead because we had a large party.Experience:The waiter was friendly, professional and attentive to each of us. I had a question about an item on the menu and he happily answered my questions.Ambiance:It was crowded and it was fairly clean but it was a full house.Food/Meal:I ordered the Tri-Fecta with the multigrain pancakes, turkey link,and cheesy grits. My drink of choice today was coffee but my favorite drink here is the morning meditation. My food was delicious. My grandson loved it especially their jam served with pancakes and waffles....
I?d like to first start off by saying our waitress and the manager were very nice and accommodating. However the wait was ridiculous! We thought we were checking in online but we were actually just jumping the line of walk-ins if that makes sense. Ittook us about 2 hours to finally eat. The food was cold and/or uncooked. They also ran out of food after we had placed ourorder. The kitchen seemed to be chaotic. What really put the cherry on top was the gentleman with the braids walking away afterhe swiped our card. Never gave us a receipt or even said more than 2 words to us. Just walked away straight back to the kitchenand never came back. Like what ?? He was so rude and unprofessional.
This was my first visit to the restaurant, and when I went inside to place my takeout order, I noticed that it was nicely packaged. I was eager to get home and enjoy my meal, which is only a 7-minute drive away. However, when I opened the bag, there was no warm food aroma, and to my surprise, the food was cold. Additionally, the gravy was in a separate container and felt like it had just come out of the refrigerator. To say the least, I was extremely disappointed.
The staff was very professional, kind, and smiled(which goes a long way) the food was amazing! The Purple Haze drink was absolutely amazing!! Our waitress Kelly was the best ever! She initially told us that they were under staffed and it may takesome time but however she made us feel supper comfortable and our food actually came out to our table pretty quickly. She hadseveral tables but yet still managed to make sure we were happy and WE WERE!

Always love this place. Love their seasonal menu too, today we got the caramel crunch cinnamon roll that is swimming in caramel sauce ???? and 2 entrees from their fall menu???? I personally do not recommend the brisket entree from their fall menu. We hadit and it mostly had potatoes, and there?s barely even a brisket (if you can find it). I would personally not reorder that dish.Drinks are good and refreshing.
The food was ok. I expected better, they do have a different variety or the way they put there food together. It was a different breakfast experience for me. Not bad but not the best. The first time I had chicken sausage patties. They were great.???????? And the first time I had avocado with my eggs. I do not want to discourage anyone from Cheyenne's place out it's goodfor 1st experience. Give it a try.
With each visit, I feel like the quality of the food declines a bit more. I appreciate the extensive menu, but there consistently seems to be an abundance of raw onions. I ordered the brisket bowl and was disappointed to find only five small pieces of brisket in it. The experience can vary during busy weekends, so it can be a bit hit or miss.
Excellent breakfast. Came fast and fresh, even the eggs were good delivered. Everything was cooked perfectly. Coffee is good as well, sometimes breakfast places/diners have bad coffee. Came with everything you could need on the side. Potatoes are delicious. Waffle topping tasted fresh and not processed. Will definitely eat here again!

Our server Kelly was great! Very attentive, kind, and apologetic. However, the food not so much. Grits were dry and very gritty, omelet was cold upon serving, ham gruyere cheese had a small piece of cheese and no flavor. Very disappointing to say theleast.
Trifecta is a fantastic breakfast option that offers a variety of nutritious choices for when you can't decide what you want. Pair it with the million dollar bacon and morning meditation for the perfect start to your day. It is absolutely delicious.
