I hesitated to leave this review, but after multiple disappointing experiences, I felt compelled to share my thoughts. Each time I visit, the team seems confused, and the manager appears just as lost. I wanted to redeem my rewards points, but no one, including the manager, knew how to scan my phone. I've had several meals but none of them credited to my account. Additionally, I usually pay in cash, so adding points from my receipts isn’t an option. Today, I asked for a bottled water and was told by a female worker that we don 't do water . However, bottled water is listed on the menu. The female sounded unprofessional, ignorant and proud to not serve bottled water. I dont eat fried chicken. I wasthere with my daughter. I won 't be going back there and I asked my daughter to not either. Disrespectful to the community it 'slocated in.
I truly enjoy the fried chicken at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen; it's consistently the best I've ever tasted. Although I'm not usually a fan of fast food, their menu is a must-try when it comes to fried chicken.
The fried chicken from two different meals was excellent, but the 5Pc Handcrafted Tenders Dinner was dry and the ranch was not included. Overall, a pleasant meal. I would rate it 3.5 stars if possible.

The popcorn shrimp had been sitting in the warmer for a while. I was really disappointed because they're usually so delicious. They should just discard them if they’ve been sitting too long!
I witnessed staff dropping food on the floor, only to pick it up and serve it to customers. Many fast food locations need to be shut down due to such practices.
The drive-thru was efficient, and my food arrived hot and fresh. I intend to visit this place every day!
