We were given a 30 minute wait for a table which was fine it gave us some time to shop at Earth Fare, their text message notifications make it easy to get a little further than the front door while you wait. Our waiter was awesome, the food was plated nicely but the kitchen was incredibly backed up. Our waiter was kind enough to bring us a bowl of fruit and some toast to hold us over while we waited on the kitchen to catch up on their tickets. Overall a good experience, but I’ll wait a little bit before I come back so that the typical new restaurant kinks are worked out.
On a positive note, the Sunny Seoul Hash was everything I had hoped for—delicious! The Kale Tonic was so incredible that it didn't even make it out of the kitchen. The waffle in The Trifecta was also quite enjoyable. The Traditional meal was solid and exactly what I expected; I really liked the potatoes. While the sausage links weren't my favorite, my friend thought they were good. In summary, it was a pretty good experience. However, I probably won't order from there again on the weekend, as I feel you might get better quality if you dine in.
Everything consistently features a wonderful balance of freshness and flavor. I'm always in the mood for comfort food, especially soup, and I highly recommend the Butternut Squash Bisque, which includes a drizzle of sour cream for you to blend in. The only point I would note is that their pancakes have had some bits in them that I've had to spit out during my last few visits. Aside from that, First Watch is an excellent spot to enjoy any meal throughout the day!
Outstanding! The food here is incredible—fresh and absolutely delicious! I've tried both breakfast and lunch dishes, and everything has been fantastic. The staff is friendly, attentive, and prompt. I enjoyed every single bite! This fantastic new restaurant is a great addition to the Valley! The service was impeccable, the food was outstanding, and the atmosphere was excellent. It's worth every penny (and surprisingly not expensive at all, especially since we're tired of spending good money on mediocre meals)!
Had breakfast here this morning with my pup! Nice outdoor patio with comfortable seating. Friendly waitstaff who brought my dog water and suggested ordering a scrambled egg for her. I had the Elevated Egg Sandwich with potatoes, blackberry ice tea and it was all so delicious! Highly recommend! Don’t wait!!
The Tri-Athlete omelet is incredible! The mushrooms are cooked to perfection. And the lemon ricotta pancakes have the tastiest, rich lemon curd. First Watch will always be one of my favorites.

Tasted better than it looked. Their maple syrup slaps! Beautiful atmosphere. Great for morning networking meetings. Will definitely return.
