I'm. travelling in Basel for 4 days stay. Looking about new things to discover, good food within authentic Swiss experience. Before my trip, I have discovered the Fisherstub, via a blog and of course, Ttrip adviser comments. I have decided to make a reservation - a must! Without it, good luck to find a spot. We were a Wednesday night and was totally crowdy. First, let me tell you, on our table reservation my name was standing on it. Very personalized attention. It is well located but without having the address, I would not know where it was. I mean that there is not much advertising on the building to say that is the place. You must go there to have an authentic experience.
A coule days ago we had dinner with a large group of appox. 50 people at this restaurant We were surprised by the speed we were served and the quality of the food. Visitors should try the PRESSKOPF or the salade aux lardons for starters and the Chouxcroute du Chef for maindish. Vdery acceptable prices and exwtremely friendly staff.Worth a visit
I was no longer here all changed during the containment..Is this less good .no . we were delighted my companion and I the kaeferkopf excellent then the meal. service super pleasanta waitress smiling and quick and nice all to spend a pleasant meal always good and huge quantities...Of course we will come back even as we live met ....
Le rapport qualité prix est trés bien ! Le service est bien et les plats sont très généreux et bon ! Merci à vous tous et chapeaux aux patrons qui malgré la hausse vertigineuse de la facture d'electrité ne baissent pas les bras !! Vivement que la terrasse ouvre !! Philippe W

Très bon restaurant qui est très bien située ! Nous avons été accepté malgré notre heure d’arrivée tardive (23h), malgré l’heure les serveurs étaient souriant et serviable ! Très bon choix sur la carte !! Allez-y sans problème !
historic schiltigheim restaurant, Alsatian brewery with modern decor. service is fast and servers are welcoming. dishes are rather good and generous, especially their desserts (white lady) which are deliciously good.
A bustling traditional restaurant on the site of the old Fischer brewery. A good selection of typical alsace food served in rather large quantities. An experience !
That's not what I'm looking for in a restaurant, from which I'm sure of it, but it's the perfect place for big eaters who prefer the quantity to the quality.
