Easy to find and see from the road although driveway could do with a entry sign, plenty of parking, clean and tidy shop. Inside and outside there are tables and chairs and bins, in the shop a cold display with fresh oysters and seafood, drinks fridge and counter. Service is good, we had questions and the gentleman cooking the food/owner out the back came to the front and answered them for us. We ordered battered cod, crumbed barramundi, prawn cutlet and chips and dined in. There were 4 other customers in the shop and phone orders for the two staff while we were there and we didn't wait long for our dinner. The portion of fish to coating was perfect - my Hoki was absolutely delicious and I preferred it even more than the Snapper. The chips were a bit oily, but still tasty. I would definitely give it another try. Additionally, if you could enhance the tartar sauce and include a larger lemon wedge, it would be even better.
I'm not sure why this place doesn't have a higher rating. Every time I visit, I receive wonderful, friendly service, generous portions, and obviously fresh seafood and chips. It is definitely worth the price and I highly recommend anyone to try it out, as it offers some of the best fish and chips in Browns Plains.
Every time we visit we get great service and even better.. great fish and chips! I was referred by a work friend to this place as they have the best fish and chips and they literally do! The calamari is so fresh and tender, best I've ever tasted! Is a local favorite and never fails every time

first visited this place properly around February food was absolutely awesome could not stop raving about it. second visit to this place and the quality of the food had dropped considerably to the point myself and friends would not be returning
The lovely staff here are so warm and welcoming excellent customer service, the dining area is beautifully air conditioned.The kinas, jumbo oysters, battered mussels and snapper are delicious as is the raw fish, it's just like Xmas Dinner!
Generous serves of fish chips here definitely value for money. We ordered two pieces of cod a salad with chips. The food filled the plate, the fish was moist, but unsure if it was cod? Batter was nice crunchy as were the chips
This local fish and chip shop is fantastic, great food , great service , friendly staff . This is our favourite place to go if you want great quality food .

For a little suburban takeaway, they do pretty fancy fish I guess that's why they call it Fancy Fish.
