I always anticipate my visits to this restaurant! It is hands down the best health food spot I have ever been to, and the owner is truly one of a kind. She is incredibly sweet; she is friendly and thoughtful with her customers, making sure they are well taken care of. Every meal is served with gratitude and kindness. I admire her dedication to creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere for all guests. If you want tasty, top-notch food that promotes a healthy lifestyle in a warm and welcoming setting, this is the place to be!
My thirteen year old son was looking for a smoothie store a couple of weeks ago, so we decided to try the Fitness Grill. We had driven by it so many times, and now wish we had tried it sooner. The owner made us feel welcome the second we walked in the door. The smoothie was so good that we decided to stay and order lunch. The salmon platter was absolutely delicious. What a wonderful little restaurant! We loved both the atmosphere and the healthy and delicious food!
I recently revisited Fitness Grill while scouting for the Food Network App and was pleasantly surprised by the healthy dinner options available. I ordered the Chicken Pasta with Broccoli, which was made fresh and took about 15 minutes to be ready. The dish was delicious and satisfying. The staff member at the counter was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning to Fitness Grill in the future.
Awesome food even better service! Today was my first time trying Fitness Grill, it was great! Rudy was very helpful with going over the menu with me, being mindful of calorie intake, etc. Great owners and the food is tasty, health conscious and affordable. Can’t wait to go back soon!

Food was amazing, worth way more than the $11 I spent for lunch today! The owner is my new favorite person, so kind and caring, she puts her heart into her business!! Highly recommended and will be back there anytime I'm even remotely in the area! Thank You!!!
